Adds more resource levels to mine and tree farm deliveries

This mod adds new resources and resource levels to the resource delivery systems, as well as allowing for higher expenditure per level. The additions are as follows:
Tree Farm Delivery:
Mine Delivery:
To increase the amount you can spend per level, use the slider in UMM settings, then restart the game. The slider simply multiplies the price limit per level by that amount (1-100).

Tree Farm Delivery:
- All Levels: adds apples; adds chance of aroma apples
- Level 6: adds honey, honeybee wax, royal honey, and aroma apples; adds chance of poplar wood, bird's nest, honeycomb
- Level 7: adds poplar wood; adds chance of purple resin
- Level 8: adds purple resin
Mine Delivery:
- All Levels: adds marble and blood stone
- Level 6: adds topaz, rock salt, and crystal; adds chance of sapphire
- Level 7: adds sapphire, zeolite, and sulfate; adds chance of rubies
- Level 8: adds rubies; adds chance of diamonds
