Make Oaks prettier, or more like the in-game painting of him. Two versions.

This mod makes Oaks look more like his portrait called "Painting: Boy", that's sold by the Mysterious Man.
It contains two versions, one of them called "Pretty Fem" which was a first draft that helped me get a feeling for the texture mapping,
The other one is called "Painting" which is the final version of my attempt to make Oaks look like his portrait.
Little details were added to nudge him slightly in the direction of realism. For example he was missing any hair texture under his hair mesh, which could be visible in certain poses and actions and I thought looked quite off being bare skin.
