Install both mods from the description.
Upload the textures to the "Images" folder in the My summer car installation folder.
Restart the game.
You can buy the spot light covers at fleetari and find the steering wheel cap inside the parents bedroom above the closet.
you can press f5 in the menu to refresh the satsuma skin.
you also need to buy the skin from fleetari, or change the paint type in msc editor to 4
