Personally my favorite quality of life improvement, allows you to quickly equip yourself and all your companion's items with better ones from inventory. There are two small buttons, and deeper configuration if desired.

Description
You often will get large amounts of various gear. You have several companions which you want to upgrade their gear, instead of spending time manually comparing the armor's obvious stats with the newly acquired gear, this mod allows you to automatically upgrade all slots on all follower's equipment from inventory with a single button press. You can also have more specific controls setup ahead of time, such as locking slots of gear, or individually setting ranged or melee or damage type preferences.

Equip Best Item
Add new buttons to equip the best item from inventory.

HOW TO USE FILTERS
2. In this window, you can adjust the ratio of indicators that are preferred for the search. If you set the value to the minimum (0%), this parameter is not taken into account at all. The checkbox indicates whether the current value is the same as the default value. If not, then you can click the checkbox to make the current value the default value. Thus, if there are characters that have previously used the default values, they will use the new value. New characters in the squad will behave the same way. Since. all new characters use the default values.
Features
For the mod to start looking for the best weapon, put the necessary type of weapon in any of the slots. The mod will search for weapons
corresponding to the first weapon component. This is due to cases where the one-handed spear was changed to a two-handed halberd. For example: if you put a one-handed ax in the weapon slot, the mod will look for the best one-handed ax, not the best one-handed weapon

How to Install

- Copy files to Mount & Blade II Bannerlord/Modules
- Make sure EquipBestItem.dll is unblocked in the EquipBestItem/bin/Win64_Shipping_Client/
- Run Mount & Blade II Bannerlord Launcher
- Press mods and select EquipBestItem
- Press play and confirm

- Changed state - at least one parameter does NOT match the default filter.
- Locked state - all filter parameters are zero and this slot does not participate in the best items search.

- The state of the locks is stored for each character in the squad
- Buttons are displayed only when there are better items
