Banner Kings Integrations

As we all know, Banner Kings is an outstanding mod. However, not all mods work well out of the box with it, which is where this page comes in. Here you'll find a series of modules (so far only 2, but more to come) that integrate other popular mods into Banner King's features for added synergy.

INSTALLATION: Place the folders BKCEKPatch, BKTradeFixes, BKEducationPatch, BKWarlordPatch, or BKMergedMapPatch directly into the Modules folder. Select the modules in the launcher.

Here are the current modules (source available here):

Calradia Expanded: Kingdoms
  • Adds 5 new languages for Paleician, Vagir, Nordling, Lyrion, and Apolssalian cultures
  • Cultures similar to the vanilla cultures (Khergit, Rhodok, Republic, Ariorum) will speak their counterpart's native language
  • The new cities and towns have been added to BK's demesne system
  • BK's religions now accept the added cultures where appropriate
  • Gentry, Nobles, Craftsmen, Booksellers, and Preachers now spawn in the new cultures
  • Shipping Routes (only in latest BK beta version) now visit the new towns

LT Education
  • All books are now new Banner Kings books and can be read through BK's system
  • All books have a random language, including CEK's if using the CEK module
  • Education's system is entirely intact, you can still read the books through that system, this module just gives you the option to use BK's instead with added languages

BK Trade Fixes
  • Fix for trade goods with modifiers not granting trade XP

Warlord Pack
  • All books are now new Banner Kings books and can be read through BK's system
  • All books have a random language, including CEK's if using the CEK module
  • The other Warlord features are left intact including Warlord's book reading system. Bloc likes to obfuscate his code for some reason so it's not easily editable. While possible to reverse engineer it I simply do not wish to invest that much time when there is little need. The feasts work in tandem with BK although they remain separate.

Merged World Maps
  • Adds 2 new languages for Tetsojin and Huaxia cultures
  • The new cities and towns have been added to BK's demesne system
  • BK's religions now accept the added cultures where appropriate
  • Gentry, Nobles, Craftsmen, Booksellers, and Preachers now spawn in the new cultures
  • Shipping Routes (only in latest BK beta version) now visit the new towns
