Would it be possible to get a version of this mod without "Dead Clans Deactivate" as a dependency, now that v1.3 makes that mod obsolete? The destroyed clans have their color fade by default now, though they don't get properly sorted to the bottom like this mod does.

Try using the Fixed Launcher at https://www.nexusmods.com/mountandblade2bannerlord/mods/205. The native mod launcher has a known bug where it won't order mod dependencies correctly and it can cause crashes on start-up.
Crashes my game, if you have a lot of mods installed consider disabling this one or using a different sort mod. It disables my launcher from loading but the other 20+ ones i have enabled are fine.
