      It's the original mod's error. There are localization syntax errors in the port name strings. I have submitted the fixed files for the author before but not fixed yet.

   Does this work, or would you be willing to make a version, for the 1.03 version of europe map?
   
   The names work really well with Eagle Rising mod, but that one only works on 1.03.

      Though I don't confirm, possibly it works on 1.03. At least doesn't cause a serious problem such as a crash

   Hey, since it's supposed to be an imaginary world I have no interrest to play in a "real world map".
   
   That being said... how do you create a map ? 
   
   I'm actually desperatly for new (imaginary) maps, randomly generated or edited, so if by any chance you have an idea how to this I'm all ears ;)
