   Doesn't install on 1.5.0. Says it cannot access SubModule.xml

   there seems to be an issue with the submodule.xml for the 1.4.0 version.
   
   Playing on the stable 1.4.0 version of mb2, if i load 1.4.0 version of the mod with its submodule, the game crashes on launch. If I load the earlier 1.2.0 version, the game crashes when i press upgrade.
   
   if i swap the submodule of version 1.4.0 with the submodule of 1.2.0 then everything works fine.

   Tried the new update, fails to install if using Vortex, manual results in the launcher being unable to start. I can post the error message if you like. Beta 1.4.1.
