Works but I'm not sure why you opted for the Recruit all function to be so different from the upgrade all. Why not use the same icon and not have it close the window?
This feature is implemented in the new update: Go to Mod Options in the Main menu, there you can configure if you want the 50/50 split or not. Important: You need the ModLib mod to use the new update!

Upgrade all: Upgrades all available Troops - DOESN'T WORK (worked the first time, then it stopped working) If a troop has multiple possible upgrades both upgrades will be used 50/50 - DOESN'T WORK

Ability to see how many troops are in each formation right now (in PartyScreen), so you know what you have available.
