    Screenshots from the next version fixing the horrendous shield resting positions used by Taleworlds that cause clipping with capes, spears and horses. Next level attention to detail from TW.



    The new version is up, I'll continue to improve individual shield positions in upcoming versions, right now the adjustments are mostly for new kite shields and some native kite shields specifically. A global overhaul will be done soon.

    Added a hotfix file for 2.7 to not make you download the whole package again, I forgot to delete an excess item entry, it wont crash your game or anything but you'll likely to see an invisible scale armor in Battanian shops if you dont install the fix.

      I used de re militari and changed pretty much all the knight troops to use assets from this mod, now they look just like the screenshots. if you want i can send you the troops xml.

    Hey Obi, I tried sending you a dm but i don't know if you got it. I'm making a submod for De Re Militari using this mod as a requirement, but there's a situation. I've done minor edits to some textures and meshes from your mod to use for my submod and I'd like to ask for your permission to post these as a patch.

    Hey,

    I'm on 1.1.6, sadly I had to deactivate your mod (current version v2.7 + hotfix ) since the shield wrong position his messing with one on my fav mod Realistic Practical Holsters.

    Also TW shield are currently a bit too dirty at the point we can't even see our sigil. In the other I find your way to clean, no a scratch or anything on it, looks a bit like some plastic shields for my tastes. Maybe there is a balance to find between TW proposition and yours, just a suggestion.

    That being said I'll look forward for your next update, new armor/weapons are always welcome. Have a good one

      yes i does have shield position issue when using with Realistic Practical Holster. Maybe someone come up with the fix that can mix both

    I had an issue with the "family sword" mod, some of its two-handed sword will become exact opposite way against vanilla positiong, up side down pointing direct to the sky.
    All vanilla weapons are fine

    can we get the shield textures for other shield types? the vanilla ones are so scratched and ugly

    Hello! After Posting the last post for some time, I can prove to you that this mod can be used in version of 1.1.0+, and I have made a Chinese translation for this module, and I can share my translation file at any time if you agree :)

    (There was no Localized file, so I had to replace the original text with Chinese)

    This module is pretty awesome! If possible, can you provide localization files? I can make a Chinese translation for it :)
    Also, I was pleasantly surprised that the module still seems to work in version 1.1.4, now I'm going to test this module on version 1.1.5

    I seem to have an issue atm where the shields from this mod are stuck in my characters/companions left leg horizontally in the resting position. (I have the rbm patch downloaded)
