About this mod

Change how fief claimant election nominees are decided.

Gist
Currently, the game is inadequate when deciding fief claimant nominees. This mod tries to fix that.
If you feel the ballot is broken, for example, not getting nominated when you only have one low prosperity fief while other clans keep getting nominated when they have many high properity fiefs(you jerks!!) as a vassal, or you are being nominated too much, this mod is for you.
This won't stop AI king's overrules the vassals as long as he/she has enough influences(atleast 300i, lesser the chance lower).

Details
The game caculate each candidates with the following formula. And take the top three as the election nominees.
(clan tier *30 + clan strength /10 + no fief bonus + poverty bonus + captured clan bonus + king bonus + player bonus) *200,000 * distance factor /(all clan settlement value + electing settlement value)

A settlement(fief and its bound village) is evaluated roughtly
(<castle 250 000 or town 750 000> + prosperity * 1000 + base value per village 100 000) * GEOGRAPHICL ADVANTAGE

This geographical advantage factor is mainly the reason why elections look like lottery, It's insufficient when deciding the "advantage" if there is one. Because of it, the settlement value can be cut in half or multiply by 4 or worse.
Short story, I changed it to a stable version(converge to 1).

Other factors this mod changes or not:
- no fief bonus 30 => 50
- poverty bonus 30 at max
- captured bonus 30 => 40
- king bonus 60
- player bonus 30
- distance factor, average distance between the electing fief and settlements of a clan, shorter the distance bigger the factor => removed

I should probably send a bug report.
