Not 100% sure. It does seem to work but there is either an issue with the mod or Bannerlord.
It does show trait xp changes for stuff like quests and mercy after taking a settlement. However, I haven't been able to get any points in valor despite trying various combinations of fighting battles stacked against me, it displays a message afterwards but it is always 0 valor earned. Also, if I'm not mistaken you should be earning calculating points when you release enemy lords following a battle, however there is not even a message. Again, I don't know if the mod is tracking everything correctly or not.
I don't know how it works for everyone else, but it works just fine for me in 1.0.2. Maybe people could try and post here if they find compatibility issues with anything?
It's a bug inherent with the native game itself, if my memory serves me well it has been there since ages ago and the devs have not fixed how trait exps progress. This mod only prints the trait exp gained/lost in accordance to what the vanilla game produces.

1. Open the console: Alt + ~
2. Enter into the console: config.cheat_mode 1
3. Enter into the console: campaign.print_player_traits
If the value does not change, then this is an in-game bug.
