I am going to start working on the mod again and adding new armors and weapons to different cultures.

There is an updated version of my BA lords and ladys mod which improves the appearance of most nobles.
There is also a poc color changer that will alter the banners and colors of factions to give more diversity.
Alternate troops for native using armors from Open Source and Swadian Armory
Install both Armor mods and then install Hero troops
Place mod below the armor mods.
Replaces Troops for all cultures. it might not be compatible with other troop mods.
