Hello! I was wondering if I had permission to try and implement this myself in my own mod, I'd give you full credit of course, although I understand if you'd like your work to remain solely in your hands.
This mod is only used to expand the MMA (Mo Mercenary Association). You can create your own troops mod, create a file whose name looks like "mymodMMAConfig. XML" in your mod, and refer to the “localMMAConfig. xml” file of MMA for editing. MMA will automatically read it. If you want to modify the file of MoMercenaryFemaleTrops, I hope you can only upload it on this website (NexusMods) and declare its modified from this mod. Note, I am using game version 1.6.1: I can only comment on what I have tested but if female troops are something you are looking for then "molingxiao" is sharing the best female troop mods currently available for this game/version.
I am also using the below – both are excellent and very well-done mods.

If you want to modify the file of MoMercenaryFemaleTrops, I hope you can only upload it on this website (NexusMods) and declare its modified from this mod.

I added this and its soft requirement to a current game with 30 other mods and it functioned perfectly without conflict.
