Simply placing the .ini file in the folder does nothing. You can select it as a preset, but it doesn't change anything. Looking at the other presets that work, they all include other files.
Edit: Got it working. Best looking Reshade for the game.
I downloaded all three presets just now, they contain the settings... maybe there is a problem in your ReShade installation, or some other problem, I think
thats right... in the .zip file you will only find the .ini file wich is the preset :| move it wherever you want and select it when you install ReShade in the game or place it in the game folder (if you already have ReShade installed) and select in the ReShade window during the game
try this... in the ReShade.ini file inside the game folder there is this line (manual select the preset):
Had to delete everything Reshade related from \MortalShell\Dungeonhaven\Binaries\Win64\
Then I reinstalled Reshade.
I believe last time I didn't select any of the downloads and chose your build in game, but this time I selected it while I was installing Reshade and it installed all the files needed.

When I download all 3, all I see when I unzip your file is the .ini file.
My ReShade is working fine, because I'm using one of the other ReShade mods for my play-through.

PresetPath=C:\path-of-the-preset\ReShade-preset.ini
path-of-the-preset is the path where is the preset in your PC and ReShade-preset.ini is the name of the preset
