Make a deal with daedra Hrelvesuu rip Larienna Macrina heart out and get daedric rewards. Or just stay out of Macrina and Hrelvesuu standoff altogether without loosing much* of reputation points with Fighters Guild. You can still do the quest siding with Larienna Macrina.* - you will get 4 points instead of 5 repuation points.
