Bugger off Adds topic "bugger off" so NPCs will move short distance in interior 250 units and 800 in exterior. Whether they comply depends on combined reputation and level of your player vs. npc's rep and level. Don't say this to a guard or high ranking guild member of faction you belong to.
Nerfed Morrowind Comes Alive Nerfed Morrowind Comes Alive spawn chance to something between 10 to 3 % don't remember exactly because I made this edit months ago. Requires Tamriel Rebuilt sorry no version for those who don't use unless you edit this plugin and remove masters and remove TR MCA's NPCs. The nerf edit keeps in touch with Morrowind being not overzealously populated. Default MCA was insane with spawn chance of 90 percent and up and multiple spawn points per one cell ( location )
