After the execution of the serial killer behind the “Mysterious Killings in Vivec,” it seems someone has decided to follow in her footsteps. This time, the victim is a Camonna Tong loanshark - someone few will mourn. Still, justice must be served.
Join Elam Andas once again to uncover the truth in a new murder mystery quest, loosely inspired by Dostoevsky's Crime and Punishment.

• A new “main quest” with multiple choices and outcomes, exploring themes of greed, desire, justice, murder, and Dunmer religion/philosophy
• Three side quests that expand the story and its characters
• Further development of the events surrounding King Llethan’s death and how they affect ordinary citizens

◦ The exiled daughter of King Llethan
◦ A loud and rowdy Nord barbarian
• References to and expansion of TR’s Hlaalu content and characters, such as Hlaalu Brevur and Tholer Andas – without requiring Tamriel Rebuilt to be installed!
• New useful items, books, and letters to find and collect
How to Begin:
“Main Quest” – Talk to people in Vivec City after completing the vanilla quest Mysterious Killings in Vivec.
Side Quests – Two will trigger automatically during the main quest. To unlock the third, complete the main quest and the first two side quests, then speak with Tibbi-Ra, one of the new characters.
