A rebalanced overhaul that gives staves more enchanting capacity. Now with Tamriel Rebuilt and Weapons Expansion Project compatibility.

I was trying out a Staff-only monk and noticed that staves have an absolute awful enchanting capacity (if you're not using the Ebony Staff). They already have less damage than most other weapons, and a Silver Staff for example has the exact same enchanting capacity as an Iron Warhammer which doesn't make any sense and makes them pretty much useless.
Changes:
Wooden Staff: 8
Steel Staff: 10
Silver Staff: 10.5
Dreugh Staff: 16
Glass Staff: 18
Ebony Staff: 90 (default)
Daedric Staff: 65
Tamriel Rebuilt and Weapons Expansion Project Version:
Tamriel Rebuilt staves have mostly been kept the same, since their values were usually higher than vanillas. Weapons Expansion Project staves have been buffed, for example Orcish Staff has 18 enchanting capacity now.
Installation:
Install either the vanilla version or the TR WEP version. Both Tamriel Data and Weapons Expansion Project are required for the TR WEP version.
Both files need Bloodmoon and Tribunal. Install with the mod manager of your choice (or manually). It's a very simple mod, so it's compatible with OpenMW and probably other mods that don't change staves. Load this pretty high in your load order and load the TR WEP version after Weapons Expansion Project.
