Installation:

MWSE:

OpenMW:

(I hope we can simplify this in the future, but hey, at least it works in OpenMW!)

  • Download and install Kezyma's Voices of Vvardenfell
  • Download and install OpenMW Lua helper utility (including the Lua helper Dialogue ESP Tamriel Rebuilt 25.05.03)
  • Install the main file of this mod.
  • Make sure all those mods are active and make sure they load BEFORE the Delta Merge plugin and Light Fixes (if you have them, which you probably should as an OpenMW user)
  • Optional but recommended: Follow the tutorial to re-merge the Delta Plugin from Modding-OpenMW
Known Issues / Shortcomings

  • Some voice lines can have certain words or syllables spike in pitch a bit unnaturally. Fits some voices quite well actually, but sometimes it's a bit too much. It's not common, but it happens. This will be improved in a later update.
  • Some words—particularly new terms introduced by Tamriel Rebuilt—may be mispronounced. I’ve fixed the most obvious ones, but please report anything strange so I can catch and update them.
  • As with all AI-generated voices, some lines just come out a little "off." Let me know which ones bother you and I’ll do my best to improve or regenerate them.
  • New races and creatures introduced by TR are not yet voiced. They’ll be included in a future update. If you have ideas for how they should sound, I’d love to hear them.
Goal, Vision, Scope

Tamriel Rebuilt : Grasping Fortune - Fully Voiced is the first release in an ongoing effort to voice all new content added in the Grasping Fortune update. It uses the same AI voice generation pipeline used in my previous mod AFFresh - Fully Voiced, which is designed for long-term scalability using open-source tools—no ElevenLabs or other commercial platforms involved.

The previously released Tamriel Rebuilt content is already excellently covered by Tamriel Rebuilt Voices by cepko, and I highly recommend using that mod alongside this one to get full coverage across the TR experience.

The voices will continue to improve over time as I refine the pipeline. If something doesn’t sound quite right, I want to hear about it. I can tweak almost every aspect of this system, and your feedback directly helps shape how far it can go.

AI voice acting will never replace the nuance of a real performance, and that’s especially true right now. But even so, I believe that adding voices—even imperfect ones—can add immersion and bring this incredible world to life in a new way.

Feedback

This release depends on your feedback to improve. If a line sounds broken, mispronounced, oddly paced, or just weird—please let me know. If a certain word or phrase sounds wrong or out of place, I want to hear about it. Even small issues help me improve the overall quality.

There’s no manual quality check on every line, so community feedback is the only way to find and fix issues at scale. If you report it, I’ll try to fix it.

Credits

This project wouldn’t exist without the incredible work of so many others. In a way, I’ve just stitched things together—I’m standing on the shoulders of giants.

kezyma
and everyone who contributed to Voices of Vvardenfell — your work deepened my appreciation for Morrowind and got me thinking, what if this could scale?

cepko
, for Tamriel Rebuilt Voices — you showed that mass voice generation can actually be done, and done well.

fiestag
, for the Morrowind Speech Generator — I didn’t end up using it directly, but it pushed me to start experimenting with building my own pipeline.

Everyone working on open source TTS technology — this project is built entirely on your work. Without the research, tools, and models you share, none of this would be remotely possible.

The creators of the mods I’m voicing — thank you for building the content that makes this project even worth doing. If you’re actively part of the Morrowind modding community in any way, consider this a thank-you as well. This scene is still alive because of you.

You
, if you take the time to provide feedback and help improve this project — whether it’s a broken line, weird pacing, or something that just sounds off, your input helps shape the next version.

And finally, the original Morrowind voice actors, whose performances I’ve resampled without permission. I hope you don’t mind. Your voices gave life to a world that’s still alive over 20 years later:
  • Jeff Baker – Male Dunmer, Male Imperial, Male Orc
  • Lynda Carter – Female Nord
  • Jonathan Bryce – Male Nord, Male Argonian
  • Michael Mack – Male Redguard
  • Linda Kenyon – Female Dunmer
  • Catherine Flye – Female Breton
  • Craig Sechler – Male Breton, Male Altmer
  • Tara Strong – Female Khajiit, Female Bosmer, Female Altmer
  • Robin Smith – Male Bosmer
  • Gayle Jessup – Female Redguard
  • Julianne Grossman – Female Argonian
  • David DeBoy – Male High Elf, Male Wood Elf
  • Shari Elliker – Female Imperial, Azura
  • Wes Johnson – Boethiah, Malacath, Molag Bal; Male Breton, Male Orc
  • Elisabeth Noone – Female Argonian, Female Orc
  • Cami St. Germain – Female Wood Elf

If I’ve missed anyone, or misattributed a role, please let me know. I want to keep this as accurate and respectful as possible. I’m well aware how problematic the use of AI can be…
