This mod adds a new house in the Balmora city, close to the Eastern Guard Tower.

Balmora Odai House
Once again I was playing this wonderful game, and I felt that I needed a new place to leave my gathered equipment early game. This time it's in Balmora, on the west side of the city. I decided to post it here, so maybe someone will find this house as suitable for themselves as it is for me.
It's called "Odai", just like the river flowing next to it through the whole city. It's located by the Eastern Guard Tower, close to our friend Caius.
Containers:
- 5 Small Chests
- 4 Chests
- 3 Sacks
- 1 Closet
- 1 Chest of Drawers (with two extra Small Chests to imitate drawers)
If you are using OpenMW, I recommend using Perfect Placement for decoration.
