Lightweight overhaul of Seyda Neen that adds planters with glowing mushrooms and some clutter. It also adds two windows to the back of Vodinus Nuccius house, because I thought it looked too empty.
Very compatible and performance friendly.
Version 1.1 also adds a trader who sells stylish mushroom hats made by Ruffin Vangarr, and some other things your character can find useful.
