This mod includes more than 50 original music tracks from Matt Andrews a.k.a. Kvetching Mananaut (YouTube/Bandcamp), in the Dungeon Synth style, inspired by Project Cyrodiil's lore and worldbuilding.

Both MWSE and OpenMW are supported, with MUSE 2 - Morrowind Music System Extended being a requirement for MWSE-based setups, and Dynamic Music being a requirement for OpenMW-based setups (0.49 version and up).

Installation

Before you install the soundtrack:

  • If you"re using MWSE, make sure that MUSE 2 - Morrowind Music System Extended is installed and working.
    • If you're running into issues with underwater music, we also suggest to install Soule Sounds for Morrowind which fixes several bugs with MUSE including this one.
  • If you're using OpenMW, make sure that your version of OpenMW is at least 0.49, and that Dynamic Music is installed and working.

If you're using a mod manager, simply follow the FOMOD instructions.
If you're installing the soundtrack manually:

  • Copy the contents of the 00 Core folder to your Data Files folder
  • If you're using MWSE, also copy the contents of the 01 MWSE (MUSE2) folder to your Data Files folder
  • If you're using OpenMW, also copy the contents of the 02 OpenMW (Dynamic Music) folder to your Data Files folder
