--- Fables & Foibles ---

Have you ever thought that the three relics that the player's sent to recover during the Tribunal Temple questline were underwhelming? Have you ever thought that it was strange how the player was sent to the dungeon of the final boss during a faction quest? (A location that the Tribunal themselves dare not enter!?)

Well then, do I have the mod for you!

The features of this mod were originally envisioned as part of Tribunal Temple Redux, however I decided at the time that these changes are beyond the scope of that project, and so here they are! By extent this means that Redux and this mod complement each other very well!

What this mod does:
  • Moves the location for the quest Crosier of St. Llothis the Pious to Endusal instead of Dagoth Ur. Now the player is no longer expected to trek into the literal end-game dungeon to complete a faction quest.
  • Grants the player the ability to break the "curses" that the 6th House have placed on these holy relics. (After all, what else but a curse explains how rubbish these item's enchantments are!?)
  • Learn more of the lore behind these relics (Fables), and restore them to their previous glory -- eliminating their current negative effects (Foibles)!

Future plans:
  • Reduce the fetch-questyness of the three "break the curse" quests, and make them a bit more complex, and hopefully, interesting.

The three relics are as follows:
  • Hair Shirt of St. Arlor when restored to its full power -
    Spoiler:
    Show
Alters damage health effect, buffed positive effects. The base version of the hair shirt's enchantment has been worsened somewhat to better fit the narrative I wanted to tell.
  • Cleaver of St. Felms when restored to its full power -
    Spoiler:
    Show
Feather self replaced with damage strength touch and absorb magicka
  • Crosier of St. Llothis when restored to its full power -
    Spoiler:
    Show
Enchantments swapped from self to touch and buffed.
