Petethegoat's Imperial Moth Cuirass (found in their collection of minor mods) is an excellent mod that suits the Imperials much more than Bethesda's original texture does. However, I was irked by the fact that the texture was only available at the vanilla game's 256x256 resolution, so I decided to upscale it to the expected HD resolution (1024x1024) myself. Some minor details from Morrowind Enhanced Textures have been carried over as well.
