About this mod

In Morrowind, NPCs and creatures rest (to regain health and magicka) only when the player rests. It isn't realistic. Now they can also rest at any time. They also regain fatigue when player is in another cell.

It's simple: every game time hour, NPCs and creatures rest a little bit if they have health or magicka to regain.

The "rest" is not displayed, it's implicit. The "rest" can be considered as sleep, but also as little care of all kinds. In short, a wounded actor always manages to heal himself a little. No more enemies that stay with the same wounds while player is getting back on his feet at town...

Concretely, every game time hour, NPCs and creatures regain a fraction of health and magicka. For example, if the player wait X hours, wounded actors won't stupidly wait with their open wounds... They will regain some health and magicka.

It respects the Morrowind calculation of health and magicka regain. This mod considers that concerned actors don't spend 100% of their time to rest, only 50%. So the regain is divided by 2.

Morrowind has also a problem with fatigue regain: NPCs and creatures don't regain fatigue when player is in another cell (except when player rests). This mod solve that (thanks to mym for the idea). It respects the Morrowind calculation of fatigue regain.

Recommended mod: Fair Care version 3.4.1+ (with my mod, i recommend you to disable the Fair Care "NPCs and creatures health regeneration" option (v3.6+) (for a more realistic gameplay - it's my point of view))
