These OpenMW shaders were inspired by texture packs by PeterBitt: Watercolored v2 and MWToon (no longer supported) respectively.

For updates and issues please consult the GitHub page.

Watercolored: To make the game look like a watercolor painting. Sharp edges are softened, and colors are saturated at the edges and desaturated inside large areas.

MWToon: To make the game look like a comic book, a cel shaded game or the Borderlands series. Objects are outlined in black and the color palette is reduced.

Installation:
  • Place one or both .omwfx files in the "data/shaders" folder of your game installation
  • Open the shader menu in the game with the F2 button
  • Move either shader to the right column
  • Adjust the shader position in your post-processing order
  • Adjust the parameters of your shader
