Modded joinable factions I am aware of not covered or mentioned as looked at:
House Shinirbael, from After the Blight (Crown Edition). One rank, favoured skills.
Vivec Arena, from Roaring Arena. Full ranks, no favoured skills.
Taliesinn, from Skyrim Home of the Nord. Full ranks, favoured skills. Ashlander-style, so without further (at present non-existent) mods you can not progress beyond the first two ranks. There are multiple Reachman factions with the same ranks and skills, but Taliesinn is (currently, and likely going forward) the only joinable one.
Narsis Arena, from Tamriel Rebuilt. Four ranks, favoured skills, though set as hidden to the player.
Ja-Natta Syndicate, from Tamriel Rebuilt. Full ranks, favoured skills.
Barristers Guild, from Tamriel Rebuilt, made joinable by Barristers Guild - Old Ebonheart Questline. Three ranks, though only two can be reached, no favoured skills.
Order of Itinerant Priests, from Project Cyrodiil. Full ranks, favoured skills. Similar but not identical to the Imperial Cult.
Kingdom of Anvil, from Project Cyrodiil. Full ranks (but the top rank is not and will not be possible to reach), favoured skills.
Cult of Azura, from Acolyte of Azura. Six ranks, (three) favoured skills.
Almilia's daughters, from Almilias daughters. Full ranks, favoured skills. Adult mod.
Vvardenfell Brotherhood, from The War for the Vvardenfell Brotherhood. Six ranks, (three) favoured skills.
Mythic Dawn, from The War for the Vvardenfell Brotherhood. One rank, favoured skills.
Dark Brotherhood (CS_DarkBrotherhood, separate faction from Tribunal Dark Brotherhood), from The War for the Vvardenfell Brotherhood. One rank, favoured skills.
Camonna Tong (CS_CamonnaTong, separate faction from basegame Camonna Tong), from Camonna Tong - Puppet Master. Five ranks, favoured skills.

Does this work with Imperial Legion Expansion?

currently doing a playthrough with ILE and just joined the Legion, unfortunately I'm not getting the dialogue box for the Legion that runs the script that gives the appropriate rank perk and removes any old rank perk. not sure where the issue lies however, because taking a brief look at Imperial Legion Expansion and this mod in Construction Set there didn't appear to be an incompatibility between the two over dialogue topics.

This and any other time the faction/skill perk addtion/removal doesn't run can be worked around with if one uses a mod like Cheat Menu, and manually adds "Recruit's Endurance", then add "___'s Endurance" and remove the previous version of the perk through Cheat Menu's "Spells" tab.

edit: advanced to Spearman after manually adding "Recruit's Endurance", and i got "Spearman's Endurance" through the "Imperial Legion" topic, so ILE is probably not incompatible with this mod.

I'll have to look into it, it's alwys the faction!s name to get the perk, in this case 'Imperial Legion', it could be the ILE adds a line that overrides mine.

Part of the problem with Project Cyrodiil - and Skyrim Home of the Nords, too, for that matter - is, I suspect, that while the new faction(s) aren't a problem to fit into the framework, the regional branches of existing factions are. Basically, handling the Itinerant Priests or the Taliesinn, easy aside from coming up with what they should get, but handling the Skyrim Fighters Guild or Cyrodiil Thieves Guild, trickier (it doesn't make sense they'd get something different from their Morrowind counterparts).

The mages guild disposition change on rank up has been set to 100 instead of 3 in the harder requirements esp.

Also is it intentional for the dialogue triggers to require a disposition of 50 with the npc?

Absolutely love the mod, it expands on what were great concepts.

Got a minor issue which was completely my fault, I had the toggled Blackcap's Awareness spell on when I went up a rank in the Thieves Guild, now the effect is on permanently and the new toggle spell is different. Not sure if that's something you can fix (I know I could add the spell manually and turn it off, then delete it)?

Regardless, keep up the great work

I was able to get some perks for my rank in some guilds but haven't yet been able to get any perks from having high enough guild skills. Also with the commona tong I was not able to get the any perks even though I am the highest rank.

Hard to troubleshoot without precise information, what skills do you think you should get from what faction but did not?
Which Camonna Tong Mod are you using?

Sorry for being vague, the comonna tong mod I use is https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/50740, I tried talking to orvas dren and a handful of other comonna tong members but didn't get any perks while being the highest rank.

With the skills for example I had a 100 in the block skill but when talking to the fighters guild grandmaster I didn't get any perk for block even when I tried raising their block skill with the console for testing purposes. Is there a specific dialogue topic that is suppose to give the skill perks?

I'm also getting this, even with vanilla factions.  I have over 50 in most of the Thieves Guild skills, but I only get the rank perk.  I'm using your Imperial Factions mod, the faction integration from TR, and OpenMW, if that helps.

do you have the skill topics enabled? Those need to be unlocked naturally, for example when speaking about requirements, they list skills the faction cares about.

it's the vanilla topic for the skills, those need to be unlocked naturally by talking to npcs.

I could do a quick addon that unlocks all the skill topic by default.

Moved the ESPs around, and the topics appeared, for Thieves Guild at least.

The faction perks for Grab All Gang and Imperial Bank don't seem to work, neither does their skill topics.  I haven't tried any other modded factions, so no clue if those are the only ones that don't work.  Even adding the topics to the relevant NPCs doesn't give the perks.

So, how exactly would I recive the perks and abilities? Is it a problem if I installed the mod mid-game?

Ok, so you need to selec the topic of the specific faction that you are part of. All good.

Same thing for the skill, you need to unlock the (vanilla) topics such as "acrobatics" then talk to the relevant people about the skill.
