Intelligent Textures produced some kind of "bumpish blurry halo" effect for Hlaalu exterior walls. This is my take to fix this blur, and fix the pattern repetitiveness, without sacrificing defined shapes, using frequency separation. version 1.1b

Author notes
Reproducing Intelligent Textures licensing here:
GNU GLPv3: If you modify, interpolate or use the model as a pretrained model for your own model and share results of your resulting model, it will have to be under the same license. You have to state that you used the model and its author for your results. You have to state any changes you made to the model. There are other points, but those are the main ones.
In addition to that all models by: Alsa/alsa64 have the following additional restriction: You can’t sell results generated with a model using that license.
Lastly, these textures may only be used for Morrowind modding, not for any other games.

Intelligent Textures Addendum - Hlaalu Unblurred
v1.1b June 2024 openMW compatible, by essence.
As you can see from the comparisons uploaded in images tab, AI up-scales of Intelligent Textures for Hlaalu walls (re)produced some kind of "bump-ish blurry halo" effect. When looking at the uncompressed vanilla source, you can see the beginning of this effect happening, up-scaling made it dramatically obvious. This is my take to fix this blur, and fix the pattern repetitiveness, without sacrificing defined shapes, using frequency separation.
Side note, Morrowind Enhanced textures user, yes, the very same bump-ish blur is happening to you as well, despite the huge 4096px upscale. Also, MET does alter vanilla colors sometimes, visible in the third comparison pictures, where shadow hues have been slightly shifted to blue.
version 1.0 - Actual unblurring
version 1.1a - Manual edit to diminish pattern repetitiveness
version 1.1b - Final edit to diminish pattern repetitiveness
