Work in progress. Much to do, be patient :).
I need to add more pictures, some are no longer accurate, but You can get the idea of my design from them.

Right now they are presets for:

Updated in 3.0: "Vvardenfell: Standard"

all the other regions then in other presets (most of them):

focus on realistic weather colors around active vulcanos using science and real life photos of sunrises and sunsets, cloud and sky colors - vulcanic activity can give very special colors, and Morrowind has a big active vulcano, with  a lot of ashstorms and blight.

"Vvardenfell: Warm Sands"

May you walk on warm sands. I have no scientific explanation for this one, may be changed in the future.

for: West Gash, Grazelands, TR (Mephalan Vales, Sacred Lands, Boethiah spine)

Vvardenfell: Swamp"

Gloomy and wet.  Heavy clouds makes everything darker, dense fogs.

for: Bitter Coast

Vvardenfell: Ashlands

Gloomy, grey. Ash and Blight from Vulcano obfuscate the sun. Rain is a bit yellow (acid rain).

Ashlands, Molag Amur, Red Mountain

Other presets, while functional and moody, needs update to be in line in Vvardenfell standard. I plan to add more presets.

Other presets:

"FROZEN" - Considered adding blue tones for the glaciers (as it looks cool, think Northrend), but it clash with white snow, so I went for no blue tones.

Solstheim, Sheogorad, LoKKen

Probably those presets (other then Vvardenfell standard) may be useful in other regions, but I need to look into it, there are plenty of regions, especially with mods like TR.

Warnings:

1. Nights are very dark, realistic, but a bit brighter when the stars are visible.

I wouldn't go into the wild without the nightvision if I were You.

2. Ashstorm and blight is REALLY difficult to travel.

Better stay indoors. It may need some tuning later, but I want it to force You to hide in some cave or to wait in some tavern before going on an adventure. Role-play and immersion.

3. Also at frozen lands with snow at clear noon - it's rather bright, blindness magic effect may be useful for that, or putting some sunglasses (one may role-play with that, wearing the same eye protection as a char in game).

Mods that I recommend to use with this mod are in the "Requirements".

Plus:

Creeping blight (it gives a MCM option to adjust weather chances, and other options are cool too)

The Blight

Blight is Coming

Deadly Diseases

Shattered Stones (and it's addon for Red Mountain region)

Also consider my reshade preset. Without it, it will not look like on the pictures.

NEW recommendations for MGE XE in pictures!!! I use distant land lvl 11.

Another recommendation: remove clouds (use blank texture) for foggy weather, and (maybe) clear. OR: add my texture of clear weather clouds as a mix.
