This mod overhauls Bal Isra and the Indarys Manor.
As always, we start with a crucial question: is this needed? What's there to improve?
As I already mentioned in some other mod releases related to Redoran content, I find that Redoran settlements suffer from not having enough architecture variety and looking mostly the same.
Once you become an important member of House Redoran and receive your own stronghold, you'd expect something impressive. Unfortunately, what you get includes:
- A "croissant" manor cluttered with low-quality furnishings and the smallest interior of all manors in the game;
- Two identical huts that force residents to cook, eat, and sleep in the same room—hardly luxurious.
The new changes include:
- The manor boasts a unique exterior with a balcony overlooking the Ashlands, crafted by Steppenwolf and (an interior by DimNussens). Enhancements to the manor include an expanded main hall, a proper kitchen, a training room, and a personal upper-level room with direct balcony access. Choosing to replace the traditional Croissant structure might be controversial, but the new balcony makes it worth it in my opinion;
- Both huts now feature new models from OAAB/TD, each with a second floor, providing proper sleeping quarters.

Compatibility
Should be compatible with pretty much everything as few mods make any significant edits to these locations.
