About this mod

Adds several new quests to the cultists of Mehrunes Dagon and makes them friendly as soon as you start the main quest of the mod.

Are you a daedra worshipper? Wish you could involve yourself with the Prince of Destruction beyond simply retrieving his famous blade? Want to walk among your fellow cultists without having to cast Calm or murdering them? Then this mod might be for you.

Full disclaimer: this is a small personal project that I have cobbled in my spare time and then decided to release to the wider audience. While it might be my first released mod, I have attempted my best to keep it as clean and unintrusive as possible. If you find any issues that have slipped past me during testing and cleaning please don't hesitate to let me know.

v1.2 and v1.2f are out:
-The Morag Tong assassin associated with Carecalmo's quest should now properly appear in the game once more -- thank you vaelta44
-Completing the first quest of the mod now automatically adds several relevant topics to the player
-Optional LGNPC Pax Redoran compatibility files have been added to both archives, moving the location of the quest in the shrine of Assarnatamat to avoid issues (goes without saying, but you should not be using both .esps at the same time)
-A few other minor typo corrections

As previously, v1.2f is identical to v1.2, except it places all the involved NPCs into their own faction and admits you into it as soon as you start the main quest of the mod.

What this mod does:
Adds one main quest and five simple side quests for you to do
Makes most cultists of Mehrunes Dagon friendly (does not include generic NPCs simply titled "Worshipper")
Adds a little bit of dialogue and unique greetings to most of them
Makes two certain Altmer look more presentable by giving them common robes
Removes a select few levelled daedra from certain shrines to avoid awkwardness with companions/aoe attacks
Adds a new robe, a new power, and three new abilities for you to acquire -- I have tried my best to make these moderately useful but not entirely overpowered
Gives you a small reason to visit certain place in Vivec

In theory, this should be compatible with any daedric shrine replacers that don't move the placement of statues of Mehrunes Dagon and don't alter named NPCs within the shrines. You would just have to load my mod last. In practice, I do not use shrine replacer mods and cannot guarantee any compatibility. Apologies in advance.

To start, simply complete Mehrunes Dagon's quest.
If you are installing mid-playthrough and have already obtained the Razor you might want to return to Yasammidan and resurrect its original denizens instead (though you might have issues if you have already been in most other shrines).

Remember that trafficking with Daedra is a dangerous business that tends to have some lasting effects.

Last but not least, Morag Tong members need not apply. (You will be able to complete the main quest as long as you aren't the Grandmaster, but you will miss some minor side content. I felt like it wouldn't make much sense otherwise, at least based on lore).
