In the dimly lit depths of a secluded marsh, where the whispers of the Hist fade to a hush, a Cannibal Argonian lifts their voice in a soft, sibilant prayer to Namira, the Lady of Decay:

"O Namira, Lady of the Unseen, Mistress of the Reviled,
In the murk and mire, 'neath the moon's ghostly veil,
We, your humble children, kneel with hearts beguiled.

Your blessings, like the shadows, around us coil and wind,
In the damp and darkness, we seek the truths you've filed.
With each bite of forbidden flesh, your sacraments we find.

As scales glisten, wet with swamp and sinew's blood,
We partake in your feast, where the world's scorn is piled.
Through flesh, bone, and marrow, we commune with the mud.

Great Namira, guide us through the mists of the pale beyond,
Where the loathed and the shunned, by your love, are styled.
In your eternal rot, we find life, an unbreakable bond.

May our feasts in your honor forever be compiled,
And in the darkest depths, let our pact be fond.
To you, Namira, we are forever reconciled."

With the prayer concluded, the Argonian lowers their head, the silence of the swamp embracing them once again, as if Namira herself whispers through the leaves, accepting the devotion of her fervent disciple.

ME Tweaks by Brujoloco

This is simply a small MWSE tweak to add distributed spell lists of the Magicka Expanded mod that are added directly to Mages in the Game

The code is ripped from Magicka of the Third Era by Vengyre and customized a bit to work as a standalone expansion until OperatorJack brings back ME 3rd edition

I will be working on tweaking the spell lists a bit as I originally created this for a single purpose only: to have Bound Staff in the Balmora Guild to have a solid weapon on my journeys as a Necromancer and did not want to wait for a random drop to get it but to access it from the start. as I play Ashfall I wanted a bound dagger, bound axe and bound staff for my roleplaying trips, and the dagger and axe are essential to skinning and cutting wood while the staff suits my view of a travelling journeyman that explores Vvardenfell and beyond and with a bit of Cannibals of Morrowind being able to feed myself off the silly bandits I slay as I walk alone as I pray to Namira!
