Introduction
This adds a new background for Merlord's Character Backgrounds. It can be chosen by any character who has Destruction at least as a minor skill. This background makes Drain effects you cast twice as strong. Specifically, it affects the following effects:
It works only with spells you cast, not with enchantments. So if you cast a Drain Strength 5-20 points for 30 seconds, the target's Strength will be drained by 10-40 points for 30 seconds. (Technically, it doesn't modify the effect but applies a second one with half min/max magnitudes but you won't see that unless your spell is reflected).
This background also makes you unable to cast fire, frost or shock spells. You can still learn them, you can still cast from scrolls or enchanted items, you just can't cast them yourself. They'll always have 0% chance success, though the UI doesn't reflect that.
Other Destruction effects, like Poison, are unaffected.
Installation
Install with your favorite mod manager. If you want to install it manually, just drop the MWSE folder inside Data Files.
