Same here! I had installed Scum retexture, then scummy scum, and then Mistify. I had a bug and when I installed this mod on top of everything it fixed my problem! Thank you very much!
Wow, this is awesome! I always hated how the vanilla version looked on a modded setup (even a vanilla plus one due to it being static), but I didn't like how most simply removed it altogether. It's supposed to be murky looking and all that.

Edit: Ah, realized that it's actually working in tandem with the linked texture replacer in the description. Still, definitely gonna use these together going forward.
Pherim has a replacer for "Tx_BC_scum.dds" buried in his Pherim's Small and WIP Mods. The specific download is "Vanilla Friendly Scum Texture" That should round out your very good mod for a total scum replacement.
