The opaque/static ponds really bothered me and I couldn't find a replacement sooo I just added a transparency flag to the associate nifs. Modified some Tamriel Rebuilt "ashscum" nifs as well but I haven't really tested that out.
Just Drag and drop the meshes folder into your data folder.
