A small landscaping overhaul to the exterior of Salothan Ancestral Tomb drawing inspiration from the Salothan Council area of ESO.

Summary
Adds a little of ESOs design for Salothan tomb to make it more unique. In that version the tomb exterior is a collapsed council hall where the Salothan noble house was betrayed and killed, the tomb built on the site.
This is the same idea but significantly later in the timeline, the ruins almost completely crumbled away and overtaken by the wild.
Compatibility
No landscape edits, only static cliff additions. Does not touch the interior of the tomb.
