There were no major issues noted when tried a few months back but 1) Did not complete the playthrough 2) Soft locking may occur as not sure how certain quests interact at certain points.
This mod is more about making you work under the table for the Tong. Your not a Tong Member. The one linked is you working for the Tong which is why Dunmer only.
Soft Lock is when your file is still playable but maybe can't be completed or a questline gets broken but only if you do certain things in a certain order. Hard Lock is that two mods working together flat out break the game and make it unplayable
