This is not my Mod and it was created by Aquatakat. I've uploaded it here to preserve it after Morrowind Modding History was taken down. Before that MMH rescued it from Planet Elder Scrolls after the website closed in 2015. The Mod was created almost 20 years ago in 2004. Due to being re-hosted and its age I was unable to get permission to upload it. If the author asks for it to be taken down I will.
This small house mod might not be one of the greats but I love it. It was the mod that inspired me to create my first mod Suran Underwater Manor, and its influence should be clear. :-)

Just what the modding community needed: yet another Balmora house mod. Except this one's a bit different in its location. It's smack dab in the middle of the Odai River in Balmora. The exterior of the house is almost totally underwater (however the interior isn't, of course). The house itself is actually quite simple. The rooms available are well decorated and are suitable for those who want a mod for storing their valuables. It's not a huge house mod, but it's not a tiny shack either.
