Very nice house, especially as it is pretty old. Set up nicely for storage of the stuff one accumulates. Only problem is exiting the house. I get out of the house, but am stuck between graphic layers and can't be free. Will need to use Mark and Recall to exit. Am modding up for a new game and looking to really expand Balmore as the Big City, which wipes out some house mods. But putting the house in the river is safe from being in conflict. Seems to run fine with OpenMW.
The interior design is fantastic! Well done on that. I just can't make it work with Balmora Waterworks (BCOM ver or otherwise) so unfortunately will have to go without.
But if you felt like moving this to the west or east hills, or heck even Andothren, underwater or not, I'd want it in my load order. This looks so well done. Thanks for your work!
I'm glad you like it. It's actually the work of Aquatakat. As mentioned in the description I shared it because I didn't want it to be lost. I do think creating a compatibility Mod sounds like a great idea. :-)
