About this mod

Adds four unique homes for the player to buy in Tamriel Rebuilt. Each home has its own theme and special features to assist you on your adventures, such as Attribute boosts, Skill boosts, Items, ect. Every home has expanded capacity storage and displays for loot and equipment. Also adds a traveling merchant that frequents each property.

Adds four unique homes for the player to buy in Tamriel Rebuilt. Each home has its own theme and special features to assist you on your adventures, such as Attribute boosts, Skill boosts, Items, ect. Every home has expanded capacity storage and displays for loot and equipment. Adds a traveling merchant that frequents each property. Each house also has its own game of Tamriel Rebuilt's Hortator card game.


Available Houses


Firewatch
- Just outside the southeast gate of the city. A cosy cottage perfect for those adventurous scholars wanting to collect all the knowledge they can find. Featuring spacious shelves awaitng books, expanded storage, and the former owners prized writing desk with a mysterious book urging to be studied. The cottage also maintains a deal with a local Khajiit traveling trader, their allowed to camp next to the cottage in return for a few books or scrolls found through their travels. A Keg to hold the a bottle of Flin, refilled daily. Speak with Valan Vessius if you wish to purchase it, he is waiting outside the cottage.

Firewatch Cottage features
  • The Mysterious Book on the desk gives a 20 point boost for 1 hour to one of your Attributes. Available once a day.
  • The small crate outside the cottage door will have a random book and scroll deposited every time the traveling trader stops by.
  • All containers have three times the storage capacity.
  • A Keg to hold the a bottle of Flin, refilled daily.
  • A table with Tamriel Rebuilt's Hortator card game ready to play.
  • Price: 12,000 gold

Akamora - Southwest outside the city near the Silt Strider port. A strong manor perfect for the greatest of warriors wishing to increase their power. Featuring a personal armory to train yourself and maintain your gear with the mysterious enchanted tools. Spacious and well furnished with all containers boasting expanded capacity storage and a Keg to hold the former owners favorite brew Sujamma, refilled daily. Speak with Nilmir if you wish to purchase it, he is waiting outside the manor.

Akamora Manor features
  • A mysterious anvil and hammer that gives a 20 point boost for 1 hour to either light medium or heavy armor. Available once a day.
  • A mysterious grinding stone that gives a 20 point boost for 1 hour to either Axe, Blunt, Long blade, Short blade, Spear, or Marksman. Available once a day.
  • All containers have three times the storage capacity.
  • A Keg to hold two bottles of Sujamma, refilled daily.
  • A table with Tamriel Rebuilt's Hortator card game ready to play.
  • Price: 15,000 gold.

Andothren - Outside the Northwest gate of the city. Perfect for the budding alchemist, it features a diverse variety of plant life that produces more ingredients than normal flora and faster. The former owner's cauldron still occasionally bubbling with a mysterious mixture awaiting to be studied. Spacious and well furnished with all containers boasting expanded capacity storage and a Keg to hold the a bottle of Goya, refilled daily. Speak with Nateen Faldas if you wish to purchase it, she is waiting outside the manor.

Andothren Manor features
  • Flora inside manor scripted to refill 4 ingredients every 3 days.
  • Mysterious mixture in cauldron gives a Alchemy boost of 20 points for 1 hour. Available once a day.
  • All containers have three times the storage capacity.
  • A Keg that will have 1 bottle of Goya refilled daily.
  • A table with Tamriel Rebuilt's Hortator card game ready to play.
  • Price: 18,000 gold.


Port Telvannis
- On a small island just south of the port. The tower is perfect for the aspiring or established Telvanni wizard. Spacious and well furnished, the former owner was unable to completely clean up her enchantment research chamber after some serious summoning complications. All containers boasting expanded capacity storage and a Keg to hold a bottle of Telvanni bug musk, refilled daily. Speak with Mirelo Salas if you wish to purchase it, she is waiting outside the tower.

Port Telvannis Tower features
  • A mysterious rift with a crystal ball near by able to communicate with an unknown entity. Giving a gift of Scamp skin (Scamp), Daedra skin (Daedroth), or Daedra heart (Devourer) will summon the respective creature within the chamber.
  • A mysterious scroll case that gives a Enchant boost of 20 points for 1 hour. Available once a day.
  • All containers have three times the storage capacity.
  • A Keg will have 1 bottle of Telvanni Bug Musk, refilled daily.
  • A table with Tamriel Rebuilt's Hortator card game ready to play.
  • Price: 20,000 gold.

More houses to come in the future. Feel free to post any suggestions for locations or features.

Additionally there is also a traveling Khajiit trader named Kiseena that stops by each house and stays for a couple days. It takes the trader 16 days to make a full rotation to every house and return. Shes a general trader with 4000 gold to trade with. She arrives and starts her rotation after the player has spoken with one of the house sellers. The trader starts at the Firewatch manor -> Port Telvannis Tower -> Akamora manor -> Andothren then returns to Firewatch.


Compatibility and Requirements


Requires Morrowind with all expansions (Tribunal, Bloodmoon)

Requires Tamriel Rebuilt 23.10 and Tamriel Data v10 or later.

Works with OpenMW

Place below TR_Mainland in load order.
