About this mod
This mod adds two options for player homes in Tamriel Rebuilt's Old Ebonheart. One is a permanent purchasable home in the "poor people" district and the second is a room for rent at Ioclania Manor on the "rich people" side of town.

**THIS MOD REQUIRES THE TAMRIEL DATA AND TAMRIEL REBUILT MODS**
Be sure to load this mod AFTER Tamriel Data and Tamriel Rebuilt.
While playing through Tamriel Rebuilt, I fell in love with Old Ebonheart on the Mainland. So much so that I wanted my own home there! I found out that property wasn't purchasable so I added a few options that are somewhat lore-friendly to give players the option to purchase or rent property in Old Ebonheart!
Buy
Neanna's Home in Old Ebonheart has been replaced as a "Vacant Home". Neanna was evicted since she couldn't afford her house payments (Don't worry, she's still around...) You can go to Bjeld Blueheart at the Imperial Census Office at the Ebon Tower in Old Ebonheart to purchase this home for 10,000 septims! However, the home is considered to be "on the poor side of town".
Rent
Unfortunately, everyone on the rich side of town can afford their house payments so there aren't any homes for sale. However, Travinus Ioclania and his wife are renting out their spare room to anyone willing to pay 500 gold-per-month for it! Your rent is due on the first day of every month. Don't forget to pay, though. Anything you store in the chests will become theirs if you go too long without paying! Oh, that and he'll lock up the room eventually.
