Cool! Love house mods. I also like the rent system since it gives more reasons to travel around inbetween quests. I love using this with the survial mod and giving myself time off in my own home after adventuring haha.
It's nice to have a player home mod for Old Ebonheart that isn't geared towards a thief character this time, i find that Tamriel Rebuilt sorely lacks player home mods so it's always nice to see new ones appear.
For those getting locked INTO the room (such as sleeping in the bed until after it gets locked again), just use the "unlock" console command on the door. It's kind of a bug but it's pretty much working as I wrote it. I didn't want to use "On Cell Change" because I wanted the door to actually close and lock while the player was in the cell. I'm currently thinking of ideas and will implement something to fix in the meantime. It isn't a huge deal since most folks don't wait a whole 30 days in a single room without leaving lol but it is still something I'm aware of.
