   What does length mean? Does the number 65 correlate to the time of all 3 tracks in length?

      It's the length in seconds for each track.
      OpenMW currently does not provide a callback when a track has finished so it is necessary to specify the length of each track in the config file so that the framework knows when to play the next track.
