Overhauls the Six Fishes tavern in Ebonheart to be more memorable and lively. 2 new quests. The top floor is now an officers lounge, and a bottom floor with a kitchen and rental rooms has been added.

OAAB Ebonheart Six Fishes Improved
In vanilla, the Six Fishes tavern doesn't really have any distinguishing features, except that it's the only inn in Ebonheart. So I set out to change that with this mod!
Features:
- 5 new NPCs
- 2 new quests, including one that gives you an actual reason to go to Solstheim
- Totally overhauled interior using OAAB/TD assets
- Ground floor has been improved but keeps the same footprint, so most mods changing the Six Fishes (eg Dartboards and Broadsheets & Noticeboards) should be compatible by default
- A new officers lounge on the first floor, where nobles, East Empire Company officials, and off-duty legionnaires can come to hobnob with the best kind of company
- You can now actually see the Six Fishes
- The inn now has a kitchen - aka a way to cook the food they sell!
- The rental room is improved, with more storage for your stuff now. It's also a little more expensive -- Agning knows he has a monopoly on rooms in Ebonheart and is taking full advantage.
To start the new quests:
- Talk to the cook
- Talk to Arius Galenus in the officer's lounge about his background

- Kalinter's Broadsheets and Noticeboards redone is compatible
- RandomPal's Dartboards is compatible
- Danae, Utseeva & Lucevar's Dartboards Expanded is compatible
- Not currently aware of any other compatibility issues
