I've always liked the nostalgic feeling of the original water, but after some time we can start to see that this kinda gray water doesn't match the game style, with that in mind i decided to edit the water by recoloring it, adding tranparency, adding mipmaps to make it look better in distance, and some compression to optimize it, saving even more FPS than the vanilla ! Also it's good to mention that i didn't found any mod that changes the low graphics water, but at the same time i found many people (includind me) that was playing with it, so having a more purist approach to such a small detail can really improve the visuals.
Looks even better at night, but since the screenshots would be dark i didn't add it, check yourself !!
"Who said that we need better graphics to make the water looks better!"
I've made the transparency to match the view we have underwater, if you don't like it, feel free to edit as you want.(you can always edit the transparency in the morrowind.ini file or openmw.cfg)
(Update) added a new addon made by Rabidbladesman, it includes TR and OAAB water as well.
Why this color ? Because even tho a light blue color can look good on rivers like Balmora, it don't look good on swampy areas around Seyda Neen or Vivec city (their sewers goes directly to the sea), and since the sea can have a more green tone i decided to keep that way in order to don't look odd in some places.

Better Waterfalls + Waterfalls Tweaks I've used these mods for the beautiful waterfalls in the screenshots, using the vanilla textures resolution for better waterfalls.
