Thanks for your response! I tried it out it works great, I think it’s better than versus vivec, because that one’s kind of complicated and buggy. I deactivated my tougher vivec mod and got that message “one of your master files is missing it could cause errors.” Is that a problem, or should I just leave it activated and load yours after it in the load order?
P.S. I did try it with both enabled and did not see any obvious issues, it seemed a little harder than just your mod, albeit I have a Lv. 71 character with a restore health on strike enchantment with restore health CE equipment. I even console commanded my strength, agility, and endurance to 1000 to test it out and still died before I tried again until I could defeat him. FYI that’s how hard it is. Vivec has spells that set your attributes to zero, blind and paralyze you, etc.
One additional note, after you defeat vivec and leave his temple, if you come back in he’s sitting back up in the air again, if you click on him there’s no dialogue, just looting his body. But it looks cool if you imagine that because he’s a god so his body remains animate in the mortal plane as an empty vessel.

Deactivating plugins mid-playthrough is not recommended and fraught with bugs.

Well, that is strange because when you use several mods that alter the same records the game will only take into account changes from the mod that loads last. I checked the Tougher Vivec mod in CS and the only thing I found is that it boosts his HP.

Yeah, that's kinda the point :) You're fighting a God after all, so having a lot of health regeneration buffs is not enough to defeat him. You also need to work on increasing resistances to various types of damage and make sure that your arsenal includes all the necessary potions and/or spells to survive this fight.

I don't have this bug. It probably has something to do with your mod list. If it’s not too much trouble, I'd ask you to do the following:
1. Deactivate all the mods, except mine and start a new game 2. Teleport to Vivec's palace (console command: coc "vivec, palace of vivec"), 3. Killl vivec with console (sethealth 0) 4. Leave the palace then come back.
Well I don't REALLY want to do that because if I deactivate all my mods and do that I'll have to reactivate them in the order they were in before, I have 300+ mods and am 100 hours into my playthrough. The only other thing besides the tougher vivec mod I use is this one: Divine Vivec at Morrowind Nexus - mods and community (nexusmods.com) ...and one that adds clutter and plants to his quarters (Palace of Vehk at Morrowind Nexus - mods and community (nexusmods.com)). This sitting up bug after death was apparent in either case whether I just had yours enabled or both with tougher vivec enabled too.
I play with Divine Vivec and Palace of Vekh too and have no issues so far. You can preserve the load order by creating a backup of morrowind.ini but I'd personally recommend using Mod Organizer 2 as it allows for maintaining several mod lists at once and switching between them. But that's all up to you. From my part, I cannot confirm this bug unless it's tested on a clean save and is proven to be caused by my mod only.
Since you are on openmw IIRC, you can simply move your openmw.cfg to another safe place. Then create a new one and only load the wrath of god mod. Follow the steps and see if the bug persists.
Vivec Voice Addon and its modified versions are safe to use provived you load them before my mod. I've uploaded OpenMW-compatible version just recently so make sure to use it instead.

Let me know if the bug is still there.
Also, thank you for your feedback!

They are not compatible. Besides, my mod does the same thing and even more. All the details are in the description.
