I still prefer the classic Movement Fatigue Halved but it is nice to see another mod to attack the problem of the usability of Stamina.
Since the objective of the mod is to make Stamina matter only during the fights, consider adding that Spellcasting also drains Stamina. For example set fFatigueSpellBase and fFatigueSpellMult to 2.
Nice mod but needs jump to have stamina loss also.Being able to run everywhere fresh and full of stamina really is needed but IMO it feels off to be able to jump everywhere and gain acrobatics at blinding speed.
The better solution is probably setting that running/jumping increases the acrobatics much much less, like 1/10 or even 1/100. I am not sure it would be in the scope of this mod, though.

I've really been worried about spellcasters not using Fatigue at all. I'll try that out!
