The awesome Concept Art Palace (Vivec City) mod creates a dramatic atmosphere for the whole Palace area, especially with the green flames that light up the nights.
The OpenMW version, though, for engine limitations doesn't (yet?) support the advanced glow and special effects, and only uses a flame texture on an animated mesh to achieve its result.
This mod is a very simple modification of the texture already provided by the OpenMWVersion of the C.A.P. original mod, improving its look and providing a better experience also to OpenMW players (well, it is of course subjective).
Installation
Since this is a simple texture edit, you need BOTH the original main mod and the OpenMW add-on, you can these find on their main download page.
Once you have both of the installed, you can replace the content of this mod's archive on the directory where you have installed the OpenMW addon, and let it replace everything (it is a single file already placed in the correct folder structure, there should not be problems of sort).
