Meditate and pray on the underwater statue of the fish god Paralothas to seek peace and sanctuary.

To complete the pilgrimage, find the shrine in Azura’s Coast, west of Tel Oren, and meditate on the statue for at least 60 seconds
- Underwater creatures will stop attacking you
- Fishing skill gains a permanent boost
- Achievement Zen Master will be unlocked
- The dying fish at the Seyda Neen pond can be revived
